This person is responsible for the packing of product during the packaging process and ensuring that finished goods are meeting quality standards! As you develop your operator skills there is plenty of room for growth to other roles within the factory./ph2/h2h2bspanResponsibilities amp; Duties:/span/b/h2ulliWork in a safe manner, following all general safety rules of the plant. This includes but is not limited to the following tasks:ulliFollowing PPE requirements/liliEscalating safety defects and concerns to leads/supervisors/li/ul/li/ulp/pulliAssure that we are always working to meet or exceed our quality standards. This includes but is not limited to the following tasks:ulliFollowing GMP requirements/liliInspecting raw materials and finished goods/liliCompleting quality documentation/liliAssisting in rework as assigned/liliEscalating quality defects and concerns to leads/supervisors/li/ul/liliResponsible for the operation of the packers and box makers the facility to include but is not limited to the following tasks:ulliSetting up equipment/liliChanging over equipment/liliShutting down equipment/liliClearing jams/liliAssisting with sanitation as required/liliTroubleshoot equipment as necessary/li/ul/liliSupport Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS) at the operator level. This includes, but is not limited to, participation in the following processes:ulliShift Hand Offs Meetings/liliLevel 1 Meetings/liliPerformance Boards/liliCenterline Management (CLM)/liliClean to Inspect and Reapply Lubrication (CIL)/lili5S/liliDefect Handling/liliStart Up/Shut Down/liliChangeovers/liliDaily Problem Handling/li/ul/liliWork with support departments to improve line performance/liliKeep work area clean and orderly/liliPerform any other duty as assigned by supervisor or lead person/li/ulp/ppbPhysical Demands:/b While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk and hear.
