And you’ll get to practice your passion  in a non-profit, mission-driven organization that’s known for the highest level of care in our communities/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pp/pp/ppbFull Time: /b/ppStarting Pay: $18.25 to $21.25/hour/ppShift differentials evenings, nights and weekends/ppWeekly pay/ppbBenefits Offered:/b/pulliPaid time off with ability to cash out/lili7 paid Holidays/liliMedical Insurance/liliDental Insurance/liliVision Insurance/liliCompany Paid Life and Disability/lili401(k)  with match/liliReferral Bonus Program/li/ulp/pp/pp/pp/pp/ppROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES/pulliAdminister physician ordered oral, ophthalmic, topical, otic, nasal, vaginal and rectal medications./liliAdminister insulin, epinephrine, and B12 pursuant to physician direction and clinical guidelines./liliAdminister medications via a metered dose inhaler./liliConduct finger stick blood glucose testing following established clinical guidelines./liliAdminister a commercially prepared disposable enema ordered by a physician./liliDocumentation of medication administration and/or declination following established clinical guidelines./liliReport and document in the resident’s record any unusual reaction to medication and provide to resident, their family and the health care provider./liliProperly store and dispose of medications./liliProvides routine care to the patient, i.e. bathing, grooming, dressing, as needed/liliComplete dressing changes of skin alterations as established in the clinical guidelines and per physician orders. Report changes to the licensed nurse as needed./li/ulh1SKILLS AND ABILITIES/h1ulliProficient in using a computer, especially Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point./liliExcellent organizational and prioritizing skills required/liliEffective and professional verbal, and written communication skills/liliCommunicates well with other associates, patients, family members, and visitors providing warm and friendly greeting and an approachable attitude.
