Kids Party Supervisor - Part-time

pbuPosition Summary/u/b/pp/ppOrganizes and supervises Kids parties and events.  Partner with Kids Leader to train, coach, and schedule team members.  Identify which activities and lesson plans will be utilized for the party or event.  Provide activities and supplies to Team members prior to the party or event. Partner with families to register and prep for parties and events./pp/ppbuJob Duties and Responsibilities/u/b/pp/pullipSupervises and assists team members with restocking, cleaning and setting up party rooms and event spaces/p/lilipTrains and coaches party and event hosts/p/lilipCoordinates with other departments to ensure parties run smoothly (Café, pool, etc.)/p/lilipEnsures quality experience and engagement for members and guest while providing supportive supervision of party hosts/p/lilipGreets, acknowledges, and interacts with members and their guests in a friendly and professional manner/p/lilipFacilitates organized party and event activities and ensures children are active, interested, and safe throughout activities/p/li/ulp​/ppbuPosition Requirements/u/b/pullipHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent/p/lilipAbility to train and coach Team Members/p/lilipAbility to communicate and organize effectively/p/lilipAbility to sell and promote programs and services/p/lilipAbility to work evenings and weekends/p/lilipspan1 year working with children/span/p/li/ulp​/ppb​/b/pp/ppspanLife Time is a place for everyone.
