Works independently./liliApplies extensive technical expertise and has full knowledge of other related disciplines./liliAbility to obtain Authorizer Technical Signatory. Has obtained and utilizes Approver Signatory effectively./liliGuides and/or leads the successful completion of projects and execute activities to achieve customer requirements./li/ulstrongQualifications:/strongulliBachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Engineering (Aero, Civil, Mechanical) with a strong curriculum emphasis on structural design and analysis and mechanics of materials is required./lili9 years total design experience in airframe structures and/or system installation projects./liliCandidates should be comfortable working for extended periods of time using computers and in an office environment./liliAbility to interpret and follow verbal and written instructions./liliAbility to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures./liliAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and bill of material systems./liliAbility to write reports and business correspondence./liliDependable, self-motivated and accessible./liliKnowledge of maintenance repair shop practices, equipment and capabilities./liliA strong computer background, including MS Office application experience (Outlook,#xa0; #xa0; Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite application experience (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)./liliUp to ~5% Domestic and very limited possible international travel, subject to additional based on customer / project requirements/liliAuthorized to Work in the US/li/ulstrongAdditional Information:/strongpstrongThis position is a temporary (contract) position with no specific time period but could be extended or shortened as needed.
