If you're passionate about innovation, excellence in service, and want to be part of a cutting-edge brand, now’s the time to join us!/p pAs a strongService Technician/strong, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining and repairing Lucid Motors vehicles.nbsp; You will demonstrate your passion for sustainable transportation and creatively solve problems in a fast-paced environment.nbsp;nbsp; As a Service Technician, it is expected to have ASE certifications obtained within 6-8 months of hire date.nbsp;nbsp;nbsp;nbsp; Lucid will reimburse the cost associated with successful completion.strong nbsp;nbsp;/strong/p pstrongResponsibilities: /strong/p ul liConfidently repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform basic electrical and mechanical diagnosis/li liMaintain a high knowledge level of High Voltage (HV), Low Voltage (LV), and general electric vehicle systems/li liFollow correct repair order documentation procedures, i.e. The Three C's/li liEffectively work with the appropriate software suite to properly and completely document all customer vehicle interactions/li liEffectively communicate and collaborate with other members of the service team (i.e., advisor, manager, etc.) as well as customers./li liAbility to demonstrate and teach learned technical skills/knowledge with others/li liDemonstrate attention to detail and passion for creating positive client experiences/li liAbility to work remotely and support mobile service team as needed/li liOther duties as assigned/li /ul pstrongQualifications: /strong/p ul li2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician, including previous experience with EV/HEV diagnosis and repair/li liKnowledge of High Voltage systems, Low Voltage systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains/li liCustomer facing experience exhibiting excellent written and verbal communication skillsnbsp;/li liAbility to use applications such as Microsoft Office as well as learn proprietary DMS software/li liEPA 609 Certification/li liWillingness to complete Lucid provided CPR training post hire/li liValid driver license with no suspensions within the past year/li /ul pstrongPreferred Qualifications:nbsp;/strong/p ul liASE Certifications (A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, L3, L4 - ADAS)/li liExperience in luxury automobile repair environments./li /ul divnbsp;/div divAt Lucid, we don’t just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
