Supervisors help set the tone for the whole store, they must consistently do more than is required and frequently more than is expected.#160; An enthusiastic, positive and supportive attitude is essential./ppstrongMajor Responsibilities:/strongbrThe major responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:/pulliMust strongly represent and embody the San Ramon#160;Ace Core Values and Expectations./liliProvide regular and ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members to ensure strong understanding, open communications, and clearly defined team focus on projects, goals, and expectations./liliSupervision of all staff within store location, including but not limited to daily operations, leadership and HR functions./liliOverall responsibility for store safety/security, financial, customer, and employee safety./liliUnderstand and supervise the visual presentations to ensure standards are met with regards to end caps, floor displays, and general retail merchandising./liliHelp oversee Merchandising of store, including pricing, promotions, end caps and displays./liliReview retail inventory and overstock to: reduce shrinkage, maintain appropriate stock levels, and ensure inventory reporting accuracy./li/ulpstrongMinimum Requirements:/strongbrstrongEducation/Training:/strong/ppHigh School diploma or GED equivalent.brCollege preferred or vocational training.brPossess some product knowledge of hardware related products along with willingness to learn./ppstrongExperience:/strong/ppPast managerial experience is preferred./ppstrongSkills/Knowledge/strong:/ppStrong leadership and analytical skillsbrAbility to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.brStrong problem #8211;solving and organizational skills.brExcellent verbal and written communication skills.brAbility and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays to meet the needs of the business.brA commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction.brSolid team player with professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills./ppstrongPhysical Requirements:/strongbrThe minimum physical requirements for this position include but are not limited to:/ppMust be able to lift 50 pounds frequently to load and unload customer orders.brAbility to stand for extended periods of time.brAbility to hear, understand and communicate orally and in writing to communicate with staff and customers a normal in-person and phone conversation.brAbility to bend and twist, push and pull, stoop, and kneel.brAscend and descend ladder.brAbility to work at heights.br#160;/ppRate of Pay: $21.50 - $22.50 / Hour/p
