This role also focuses on the training and development of restaurant staff, ensuring high service standards and an exceptional guest experience./ppstrongESSENTIAL DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:/strong All duties and responsibilities of this position are to be performed with exceptional caring and genuine guest service upholding the Oxford Collection of hotels standards and culture at all times./ppstrongFood and Beverage Service (60%/strong):nbsp;/pulliOversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow, food preparation, and service execution./liliPrepare and cook food on the line while maintaining consistent food quality and production standards./liliAssist with menu development, costing, and execution for both restaurant and catering operations./liliMonitor and control food, beverage, and supply costs, ensuring budgets are met, inventory is maintained, and waste is minimized./liliEnsure cleanliness and sanitation by implementing a master cleaning schedule, sanitizing food-contact areas, and assisting with dishwashing as needed./liliSupervise compliance with safety and sanitation regulations, reporting maintenance issues immediately to prevent disruptions./liliOversee food service execution for meeting rooms and other special events, ensuring accuracy and efficiency./liliImplement company programs and supervise operations to meet SOPs, cleanliness ratings, and team performance goals./li/ulpPerform all tasks in compliance with federal, state, local, food safety and sanitation requirements and Oxford Collection of hotels safety standards and security procedures.
