Key duties include effective communication with clients and landlords, scheduling and completing client assessments, collecting necessary documents for rental and utility payments, and maintaining payment tracking records. Additionally, the role involves providing short-term resource navigation support to clients. A demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations while promoting cultural responsiveness and equity is essential.
