This position requires strict adherence to GMP, sanitation, safety, timekeeping and personal conduct rules./p h1Job Responsibilities:/h1 ul liemUtilize crane system including set up, hand controls, moving of forms, proper loading/unloading of forms while monitoring cables to prevent twisting and pinching/em/li liemSetup and use of Grinder and Cutter including carriage/harp/basket along with knowledge of daily schedule; proper insertion of product and forms as needed/em/li liemCheese recovery including scraping bottom of pallets and pans for brown process tubs/em/li liemKnowledge of color code system used for processing cheese including cheese type specifics for production/em/li liemStrict adherence to GMPs; Keep area clean/em/li liemStrict adherence to Safety/PPE protocols and procedures; reporting unsafe conditions to plant management/em/li liemAccurate recordkeeping and line specific paperwork/em/li liemPerform all other duties as assigned/em/li /ul p /p h1Required Skills/Abilities:/h1 ul liemStrong listening skills and ask questions to understand instructions for work-related activities/em/li liemTakes initiative to complete tasks along with a continuous improvement mindset/em/li liemWorks as a team with positive attitude and behaviors/em/li liemVerbal and written communication skills; including ability to read, understand and follow written procedures (SOPs)/em/li liemFlexibility in job roles, assisting team mates along with covering breaks when needed to meet business needs/em/li liemMeet physical demands of role, Honest and high level of Integrity, high degree of personal hygiene per GMPs, dependable attendance to meet business demands/em/li /ul p /p h1Education and Experience:/h1 pHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred.
