Participates in development of individual and/or group treatment plans utilizing a variety of brief psychotherapeutic, psychosocial and/or psychoeducational modalities./p/lilipProvides crisis management as applicable to assigned area(s)./p/lilipWorks with medical, clinical and support staff to arrange, mobilize, utilize, and coordinate a comprehensive range of community resources that effectively meet the identified patient and family needs as applicable to assigned area(s)./p/lilipServes as a patient advocate and liaison with physicians and other healthcare professionals as applicable to assigned area(s)./p/lilipComplies with the legal and regulatory laws, reporting, and practice standards within scope of practice./p/lilipAs applicable to assigned area(s): performs the duties of Utilization Review, precertification, concurrent reviews, and retro reviews;
