You will be expected to perform general maintenance functions such as routine plumbing and electrical repair, changing light bulbs, and repairing damaged furniture in order to keep our facility safe and orderly for our wonderful residents./ppbr//ppnbsp;strongJob Duties:/strong/pulliCoordinate maintenance and upkeep with Administrator/Office Manager;/liliBe alert and active in supporting facility’s commitment to safe practices, infection control, and respect for residents’ rights;/liliPerform general maintenance functions, including routine plumbing repair, routine electrical repair, changing of light bulbs and tubes, repair damaged furniture and fixtures, etc.;/liliRespond promptly to staff and resident requests for assistance relating to maintenance;/liliBe observant for conditions or practices relating to the physical plant and maintenance equipment which are unsafe and could cause injury to anyone on the premises.
