listrongEngage Students/strong: Facilitate discussion forums and interactive course contributions to promote student interaction and engagement. nbsp;Avail self to students other than class time, e.g., office hours, for additional educational engagement./li
listrongMonitor Student Progress/strong: Grade course activities and post grades on a weekly basis. Proactively track student performance and provide timely academic feedback./li
listrongSupport Student Success/strong: Create learning support tools tailored to students’ demonstrated needs. Provide academic feedback in a constructive, positive, and timely manner./li
listrongMaintain Professionalism/strong: Adhere to policies, maintain an up-to-date faculty file, and communicate effectively with program leadership and students per established expectations and timelines./li

liCertified Dental Assistant (CDA) license/li
li3 years of verifiable experience as a dental assistant/li

liAbility to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English./li
liAbility to support a diverse and inclusive work environment./li
liComputer literacy/basic computer skills to effectively navigate and utilize the technology required for the role./li

liX-ray license./li
liExperience applying adult learning principles and practices to blended learning./li
liProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools such as Microsoft Teams./li
liOther skills and abilities - ability to inspire students to meet career goals by tying course curriculum to potential career outcomes; familiarity with learning management systems, student information systems, and synchronous instructional tools./li
