The Associate Optometrist delivers key performance indicators and serves as a leading ambassador of the Brand inside amp; outside the organization who is driven by passion amp; high standards to always go above amp; beyond./p pstrong /strong/p pstrongMAJOR DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/p ul liEnsures executional excellence amp; winning results in partnership with the MOD amp; store team./li liDemonstrates commitment to exceed results through strong competency in KPI management amp; high accountability./li liEnsures Brand is known as the leading optical provider within the community./li liOperates as successful stakeholder to all leaders within the organization amp; local market./li liPlaces the patient/customer 1st amp; delivers excellent service./li liStrives to exceed expectations on all KPIs./li liConveys a commitment to providing unsurpassed Patient Service through ensuring staff performs the following Service Process steps: ul liAddress all patients/customers visual life style needs/li liMake eyewear recommendations based on patients/customers’ needs/li liExplain each step of the eye exam; listen carefully to patients/customers/li liUtilize available tools amp; visual aids to summarize amp; ensure patients understand each aspect of their vision, eye health, amp; overall well being/li liCommunicate effectively with patients the need for annual eye exams. Ensure all patients are appointed in TAB for their next eye exam/li liConducts all services in accordance with protocol amp; accepted standards of care./li /ul /li liEnsures all patients receive accurate diagnosis amp; appropriate recommendations./li liEstablishes a positive Doctor/patient relationship./li liUtilizes amp; leverages effectively all technology to deliver unsurpassed patient/customer experiences./li liEnsures office systems are maintained./li liMaintains State Licensure in good standing amp; practices to the full scope of that license, responsible for maintaining Continuing Education requirements./li liProvides effective training amp; guidance to team members making use of Company provided programs./li liDelivers clear, motivating amp; constructive feedback in a timely manner to all associates./li liCreates a positive culture linked to the corporate culture; identifies what motivates each individual amp; directs conversations amp; actions appropriately./li liEncourages associate decision making at the level closest to the patient./li liMaximizes partnerships through leadership, participation amp; involvement./li liTakes pride in the appearance of the office./li liMaintains safe working environment for all associates/patients./li liLeads by example./li /ul pstrong /strong/p pstrongBASIC QUALIFICATIONS/strong/p ul liDoctor of Optometry/li liCommitment to quality patient care/li liKnowledge of current Optometric theory amp; technology/li liStrong communicator amp; listener/li liProblem solving ability/li liSolid Organization skills/li /ulp /p pPay Range: 53.82  - 73.40 /p pEmployee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
