Responsible for opening and closing the facilities, assisting in administering, interpreting and enforcing: rules and regulations, policies and implementing procedures. Assist with program and event activities. Performs office work directly related to property management and general business operations of the association../ppbr//ppstrongDuties amp; Responsibilities:/strong/pulliPerform opening and closing procedures./liliGreet residents and guests as they enter the Lodge./liliEnsures that the telephone is answered properly, and messages are handled courteously, accurately and in a timely manner./liliProvide administrative and clerical support to the General Manager such as reports, letters/correspondence, and forms./liliAssist homeowners with sign-ups for events, activities and classes, etc./liliAnswer various questions regarding facility usage and events./liliEnforce all rules, regulations and policies as established by the Board of Directors./liliReport any issues or concerns residents may have to management./liliHourly walk through of building and recreational facilities.
