Customer Service Representative - UMV Abbott Branch - Full-time

pspan style="font-weight: bold"span style="font-size: 16px"What you will be doing:/span/span/p pspan style="font-size: 16px"At the Abbott UMV Branch as a Customer Service Agent starting up to $20 an hour plus sales commissions and bonuses you will process DMV related transactions for walk-in clients. You will utilize a variety of websites and databases to review and input client personal and vehicle information and handle monetary transactions. You will also conduct additional sales of products and transaction options. You will be expected to maintain a high level of documentation accuracy and a positive client experience while abiding by state regulations and UMV standards. You will have a team of fellow agents and managers that are always available to answer questions and assist. We use Alaska state information systems.
