During the school year, we run an after school program at Winterberry Charter school to offer enriching activities for students. Child Care Associates lead groups of campers in educational crafts, adventure activities, and other age-appropriate group activities. Associates are responsible for running activities and games for their campers while maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all. /span/p pbr/p pspan style="font-weight: bold"Hours of operation:/span/p p3pm-5:30pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday/p p12pm-5:30pm Thursday /p pbr/p pspan style="font-weight: bold"span style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px"Salaries are paid biweekly/span/li lispan style="font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 16px"Overtime is qualified as any hours worked beyond 8 hours a day or 40 hours per week.
