Our Core values are the foundation for everything we do as an organization./ppstrongOur Core Values are:/strong/pulliGrow Together/liliSeize Opportunity from Struggle/liliOutcome Over Ego/liliCommitment to Serve/liliDo The Right Thingnbsp;/li/ulpbr//ppstrongWhat your responsibilities will be as a Medical Assistant:/strong/pulliProper intake of the patient (history and chief complaint)/liliTranslating the medical information from the Provider to the patientnbsp;/liliDocumenting during the exam on our EMR system/liliAssisting with Medical Procedures such as removing sutures, administering local anesthetic, and applying patches for allergy testing and transcribing reaction strengthsnbsp;/liliDeliver patient education and documentation on disease, would care, medications, and pathology Reports and diagnosis.nbsp;/liliProperly conducting Prior authorizations for medications/sending medications to pharmacy as prescribed by Providernbsp;/liliSchedule follow up appointments at the end of each examnbsp;nbsp;/liliResponding timely to messages sent by patients to you or the team (24 hours)nbsp;/liliEnsuring start of day/end of day tasks are completednbsp;/liliCompleting all duties in accordance with HIPAA and other medical regulationsnbsp;/liliOther duties as assignednbsp;/li/ulpbr//ppRequirements/ppstrongWhat we look for:/strong/pulliMust be bilingual in Spanish for medical translationnbsp;/liliEMR experience and fluent in a variety of software packagesnbsp;/liliGraduate of an approved school or at least 1 year of Clinical Medical Assistant experiencenbsp;/liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills/liliOrganization, punctuality, professionalism and a presentable, polished appearancenbsp;/liliEagerness to grow and learn with the company/liliThe ability to work in a fast pace team environment and being able to adjust to different Provider’s styles and preferencesnbsp;/liliDedication and compassion to patients and being able to deliver exceptional customer servicenbsp;/li/ulpemstrong**May be required to assist in local clinics if needed**/strong/em/ppemstrong**Salary range of $16.00-$21.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)**/strong/em/ppemstrong**We do not require Certification for our Medical Assistant’s**/strong/em/ppbr//ppbr//p
