This position is responsible for product safety, quality and legality./span/span/span/span/p divbspan /span/b/div pbspanThis position will be responsible for…../span/b​​​​​​​/p ul liScheduling of all Inbound and Outbound orders in company systems./li liReport investing and correct shorts./li liE-mail for approval to cut product./li liCoordinate order processing with all appropriate systems and personnel./li liDirecting the flow of vessels between the yard and dock doors./li liPrioritizing and monitoring the daily workload to ensure work is being completed timely and customer requirements are being adhered to./li liReport urgent loads to appropriate management./li liMaintaining all records relative to inbound and outbound deliveries and accurately communicating about, and assisting in, resolving any discrepancies./li liPrepare outbound paperwork./li liWork closely with customer service./li liEnsuring that complete and accurate information is forwarded to the next shift./li liPerforming other duties as required by the supervisor or manager./li liAssigns and monitors the work of various warehouse personnel./li liMaintains a clear understanding and working knowledge of GMP requirements, Safety requirements, and SOP’s.
