The position includes medical, health, and vision benefits, 401K + match, and sick time./p pstrongWhat You�ll Do:/strong/p pAs a Reality Capture BIM Specialist on our team, you�ll play a critical role in capturing and documenting existing conditions at project sites. Your work will involve:/p ul liOperating LIDAR scanning technology and reality capture survey tools (Leica scanner, etc.) to gather precise visual and dimensional data of as-built buildings./li liRegistering laser scan point clouds and creating accurate existing condition drawings in REVIT./li liDocumenting key building systems, from electrical and mechanical to HVAC and plumbing./li liPreparing clear reports, photo documentation, and quality-checking drawings./li liSupporting field and office teams, helping identify the best methods to capture site data./li liEnsuring safety protocols are followed to protect yourself, the team, and client properties./li liOther duties as assigned./li liThis role requires 60-80% national travel, the ability to lift extension ladders, and completing administrative tasks like timesheets and expense reports./li /ul h1strongQualifications:/strong/h1 ul liValid driver�s license and insurance (or insurable if renting a vehicle)/li liMust be able to rent a car./li li4-year degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred./li li5+ years of experience conducting building/structural surveying./li li5+ years of experience creating building drawings and construction layouts using AutoCAD and Revit./li liKnowledge of point cloud data and workflow using Recap, and or Cyclone software./li liKnowledge of commercial building design standards, building methods, details, and materials/li liKnowledge of ADA standards preferred./li liFAA Part 107 License preferred./li liProficient in computers, scanners, photogrammetry, mobile technology, Microsoft Office applications, video conferencing and cloud storage systems./li liMust have excellent written and verbal communication skills./li liHighly independent and strong attention to detail; must be able to work under deadlines./li liExperience demonstrating professional customer service interactions./li liAbility to independently manage travel schedules and accurately track record expenses./li liDemonstrates time management skills without direct oversight./li /ul h1strongWork Conditions Travel:/strong/h1 ul liTravel required (nationally, 60-80%)/li liTravel independently or with partners for extended periods in various geographies and demographic areas (urban, rural, etc.)/li liMust be flexible, adaptable and able to work with fluid schedules and working conditions/li liAble to climb a building roof ladder and comfortable with heights/li liAble to work remotely in a home office setting and manage multiple projects and deadlines/li liMust maintain a professional appearance and interact with on-site customers in a courteous and professional manner/li liAble to work on your feet indoors and outdoors, in varying weather conditions./li /ul h1strongWhy Join Sevan?/strong/h1 pAt Sevan, we believe in creating a supportive and dynamic environment where your contributions truly matter.
