In the absence of the Library Media Specialist, the Library/Media Technician works under the supervision of the building principal or designee.nbsp; The Library/Media Technician supports staff, students, families, and community members in the use of the library/media center and performs technical and clerical tasks related to the acquisition, processing, cataloging, maintenance and recordkeeping of the center.br br strongTerms of Employment/strong:nbsp; nbsp;Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.), 192 days per year; typically starting two days prior to the start of school and ending one day after the last student attendance day.nbsp; integrate those records as well as fees and fines with the student information system; reconcile the electronic receipt system with the library circulation software to ensure the accuracy of outstanding fees and fines; work to resolve related patron inquiries/li li role="presentation"Managenbsp;the circulation and storage of library/media materials;nbsp; check in and shelve materials; repair books and other materials;
