We strive to achieve Planet Fitness’ mission to enhance people’s lives by providing a high-quality fitness experience in a welcoming, non-intimidating environment./ppbr//ppstrongWho You Are:/strong/ppAll of our Team Members at Planet Fitness share one thing in common – a passion for our amazing brand and a desire to make our members feel welcome in our Judgement Free Zone®/ppbr//ppAs a Front Desk Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests while ensuring an exceptional “Judgement Free” experience!nbsp;/ppbr//ppstrongBenefits/strong/pulliOn-Demand Paynbsp;/liliMedical, Dental and Vision insurance (full time employees only)/liliEmployee perks and discount program/liliFree Black Card Membership/lili401(K) Plan Savings plan/liliRate $15.50 per hour/li/ulpbr//ppstrongAs the Front Desk Associate you will:/strong/pulliGreet members and guests as they enter and exit the club; assisting them with any questions or concerns as they check in./liliHelp to promote our Judgement Free Zone® by connecting with members on the club floor, offering assistance and showing support in their fitness journeys while upholding club policies./liliResolve member concerns and escalate to a Manager as needed./liliAnswer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with their inquiries./liliPerform membership related functions such as sign-ups, contact/billing information updates, cancellations, collecting unpaid balances and transferring memberships./liliPerform prospective member calls and tours; assessing their membership needs./liliExecute retail transactions with accuracy and drive sales goals./liliRegular, consistent cleaning and sanitizing of all exercise equipment and Black Card spa amenities. This includes communal spaces as well as your assigned area./liliEnsuring restrooms are clean and sanitized, stocked and clutter free by following the routine cleaning schedule./liliFrequently perform a comprehensive walk of all club areas; quickly fix any safety/policy issues and address cleanliness concerns./liliPromptly address maintenance and facility concerns such as broken and/or missing equipment (i.e., Dispensers, leaky faucets, fixtures etc.)./li/ulpRequirements/ppstrongWhat you bring to the table:/strong/pulli6-12 months of experience in a customer service environment is preferred/liliMust be 18 years of age/liliWilling to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness)/liliBasic computer proficiencynbsp;/liliAbility to lift up to 50 pounds/liliAbility to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time/liliAbility to continuously talk in person or on the phone during shift/liliWill occasionally encounter cleaning chemicals during shift/li/ulpstrongThis role is subject to successful completion of a background check, after offer acceptance.
