Check out more below:nbsp;/p ul liAccrue 104 hours of PTO in your first year!/li liCompetitive benefits that include medical, dental, vision, and matching 401k, along with other cool perks programs including student loan payments, discounts on vehicles, benefits for your pets, and much more.nbsp;/li liPay Range: $30-$36 hourly/li /ul pWe’re looking for motivated team players with span style="text-decoration: underline;"strongat least 3 years of experience working with heavy equipment/strong/span to:nbsp;/p ul liDiagnose (using diagnostic equipment) and perform general, preventative maintenance, and DVIR for all heavy equipment./li liPerform scheduled repairs and resolve issues uncovered during inspection including changing brakes, adjusting steering systems, replacing parts, fixing complex electrical issues, changing hydraulic components, and changing tires according to TIA guidelines.nbsp;/li liUse welders, torches, and plasma cutters to weld or fabricate broken parts./li liMaintain accurate and proper records for all repairs performed on our fleet using our software (including parts records).nbsp;/li liUse diagnostic equipment to pull fault codes and follow OEM diagnose trees to accurately diagnose equipment./li /ul pspan style="text-decoration: underline;"strongGeneral qualifications and requirements include:/strong/span/p ul li3+ years experience in Heavy Class 8 Mechanical Industry or a similar industry.nbsp;/li liValid Driver’s License.nbsp;/li liObtain at least two ASE Certification within the first 6 months of employment (process sponsored by Carvana).nbsp;/li liMust have your own tools to complete daily tasks, specialty tools will be provided by Carvana./li liRequires standing for extended periods of time with frequent stretching, reaching, walking and stooping, pushing and/or pulling in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, and wet and may have fumes or odors due to vehicle maintenance./li liMust be able to carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet./li liAbility to communicate and interact with others effectively in a professional, courteous manner.nbsp;/li liAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively./li liAbility to communicate clearly and concisely, both written and oral./li /ul pemThis job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
