Warehouse Associate - Full-time

Thermal is a wholesaler of heating, air conditioning equipment parts, refrigeration and supplies. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for off-loading, put-away, picking and staging of equipment and parts while providing professional quality customer service to all internal and external customers.   The warehouse associate is accountable for the movement of all materials within the warehouse and overall appearance while ensuring to meet all safety protocols./strong/p pstrongResponsibilities:/strong/p ul lispanSafely and efficiently operate forklift and additional warehouse equipment to load/unload/transfer material and product without causing damage within the warehouse and to/from delivery trucks./span/li lispanEnsure all items are received per procedure and stocked in assigned location.s/span/li lispanMaintain Inventory and Prepare Cycle Counts/span/li lispanComplete Will Calls/span/li lispanResponsible for the timely and accurate completion of paperwork and transaction entries/span/li lispanProper PPE and uniform must be worn at all times during each shift/span/li lispanMaintain warehouse and forklift by following good housekeeping and safety procedures, including pre- and post-shift forklift inspections. Alert manager of any concerns immediately./span/li lispanAssist Customers and CSRs as needed./span/li lispanFollow standard operating procedures, established work processes, and Company policies/span/li /ul pstrongQualifications:/strong/p ul lispanEffective verbal and written communication skills/span/li lispanHigh level of attention to detail and surroundings/span/li lispanBasic Computer skills, including data entry to process transactions, generate reports, and orders/span/li lispanAbility to successfully process (ex, Loading and Unloading) products/span/li lispanAbility to operate a forklift safely and work in a fast-paced warehouse/span/li lispanAbility to pass Prove It and driving test/span/li lispanMust be eligible to be forklift certified in-house within 30 days/span/li lispanEffective verbal and written communication skills/span/li lispanHigh level of attention to detail and surroundings/span/li lispanBasic Computer skills, including data entry to process transactions, generate reports, and orders/span/li lispanAbility to understand and follow work instructions, policies, and procedures/span/li lispanBe dependable, work well in a team environment, and establish positive working relationships with employees and customers/span/li lispan1 plus years of industrial forklift experience strongly preferred/span/li lispan1 plus years of warehouse experience/span/li lispanHigh School diploma or GED/span/li lispanMust have a Valid driver’s license/spanspan /span/li /ul p /p pCompensation - $16.66- $21.85/p pemThe Company offers a comprehensive benefits package.
