Beverage positions (if over the age of 21) including Bartender, Banquet Bartender, and Beverage Cart/span/strong/p p style="margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;"stronguEssential Job Functions/u/strong/p ul liGreet customers and maintain professional customer interaction./li liMake recommendations and answer all related inquiries./li liCheck identification of customers to verify they are of legal drinking age./li liTake orders directly from customers./li liServe food prepared by the kitchen staff./li liMaintain a clean and orderly work station and banquet room, as required by the Health Department#8217;s policies and procedures as well as Park District policies./li liFollow all Park District and State of Illinois liquor policies./li liPerform other duties as assigned by supervisor./li liClear all tables of soiled dishes, glasses, and rubbish in a timely manner./li liKeep banquet room clean and presentable after each event./li liPerform all job task within the rules and guidelines of the Park District#8217;s safety program./li liRespond promptly to requests from customers in a polite and professional manner./li liAttempt to limit problems related to customers#8217;
