Check out our additional perks./pulliIf you work full-time, you can earn up to 15 days of paid time off (PTO) after 90 days of employment./liliIf you work part-time, you are eligible for sick leave./li/ul Specifics to This Position: ulliWorking with kids aged 18 months to 12 years, primarily between the ages of 2-8 with autism and special needs in their homes or in one of our centers./liliEducation requirements: High School Diploma or GED/liliTransportation requirements:ulliReliable transportation/liliValid Driver’s License and personal vehicle preferred/li/ul/liliSchedule requirementsulliPart-time M-F 8am–12pm/liliFull-time 8am–6pm or 9am – 7pm/li/ul/liliEarn starting pay at $20/hr and up with experience./liliBecome eligible to earn (RBT) certification./li/ul What You Have: ulliMeet the minimum age requirement of 18 (on or before the first day of employment)./liliEligibility to work in the United States./liliAvailability to work a consistent weekly schedule: mornings, afternoons, and/or evenings./liliThe ability to pass a background check./liliNot to mention, it’s a plus if you:ulliAre bi-lingual, with English/Spanish fluency./liliStudied, majored, or minored in psychology, education, special education, childcare, behavioral health, health science, or a related field./liliHave experience working with children, whether as a babysitter, nanny, tutor, teacher, coach, camp counselor, or some other form of childcare./li/ul/li/ul What You’ll Be Doing: ulliGaining training and skills to support a career in behavior analysis, behavioral health, teaching, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, counseling, mental health, and parenting./liliCreating lasting, positive change for children and their families./li/ulp style="margin: 0px;"Physical requirements vary and are based on specific client assignments.
