This position serves guests food and beverage items in a prompt, professional and courteous manner for restaurant operations./span/p h4Duties and Responsibilities/h4brul lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Provides immediate attention to all guests upon seating./span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Describe specials of the day to the guests. Answers questions regarding any menu item and offer suggestions of menu items when appropriate./span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Takes food and beverage orders from guests and delivers food to guests promptly after preparation./span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Follows-up with guest, within 2 minutes, to ensure satisfaction. Replenishes items as needed./span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Begins to clear and reset tables within 4 minutes of guest leaving./span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Participates in pre-shift meetings and taste tests./span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Maintains organized workstation and side work duties./span/li lispan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"Accountable for checks and cash transactions.
