An eye for quality and a commitment to safety is critical for this role!/p/div/divdiv style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"bWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:/b/H2 /divdivpbSafety/Environment:/b/p ul liAct in accordance with Williams Scotsman Safety, Transportation, and Environmental Policies./li liLead and act to promote employee health and safety results through creating a safer workplace, DuPont STOPâ„¢, training and observations, and regularly scheduled assessments of the branch./li liAttend periodic safety meetings/li liMaintain a clean and organized work area./li liOperate a company vehicle safely and maintains a valid driver’s license and excellent driving record free from points /li /ul pbFleet amp; Efficient Use of Resources:/b/p ul liPerform repairs to mobile office trailers including framing and finish carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, painting, running gear, and all other facets of modular building repair.     /li liPerform check-in/out (off/on rent) inspections of off rented buildings by physically inspecting to determine repair scope of work, as well as damages for invoicing the customer. Create floor plan drawings as needed./li liPerform modifications as requested by customers./li liMaintain proper inventory levels of all equipment/tools/parts/VAPS needed for service tasks./li liProvide courteous customer service as needed over the phone and in person.
