Depending on where you live, you could be working in any one of our manufacturing plants making anything from bread to beverages, milk to groceries; providing any associate with different opportunities to learn and grow within the company. A production associate is on-the-go throughout their entire shift, packaging food amp; beverages, sanitizing amp; maintaining machines, and at times operating power equipment to help complete the daily operations of making quality food products. In Production, you are a team player, collaborating to complete the task at hand. All to keep our products moving, our shelves stocked, and America fed and healthy. As a result, you may be asked, as often as from one shift to the next, to function within multiple areas of the plant. Here is a list of just some of the responsibilities that you may be asked to oversee on any given shift:/p ul liSelect bread for orders/li liStandard cleanings/li liOperate equipment/li liPerform functions necessary in fresh bread making process/li liWork Safelynbsp;/li liFollow company policies and procedures/li /ul pThe targeted hourly pay rate range for this position is $24.17-$25.59 per hour.
