Accounting Clerk - Full-time

pCamping World is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our growing team./ppbr /The bAccounting Clerk /bwill help support the dealership with various accounting related tasks./ppbr /bWhat You’ll Do:/b/pulliReview Deal Paperwork for thoroughness and accuracy prior to sending to Accounting hub for processing/liliVerification of key data between deal paperwork and system/liliCommunicate with dealership personnel to resolve discrepancies/liliSort Daily Mail; Obtain General Manager Approval on Invoices prior to sending to Accounting hub for processing/liliAct as liaison between dealership and Accounting hub to ensure that payroll and timekeeping information is accurate and up to date prior to payroll processing/liliScan daily check deposit amp; occasional trips to bank with cash deposits/liliEnsure that all payment information has been accurately recorded by department personnel/li/ulp/ppbWhat You’ll Need to Have for the Role:/b/pulliApplicant must be diligent, organized and extremely detail oriented/liliStrong Communication Skills and able to work as part of a team/liliIntermediate computer knowledge with MS Office including Excel, accuracy with 10 key pad and typing skills needed/liliSelf-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule/liliKnowledge of auto dealership accounting systems (IDS, ADP, Reynolds amp; Reynolds) would be helpful but not necessary/liliAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and demands/liliMay hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices/li/ulp/ppbGeneral Compensation Disclosure/b/ppThe pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.   At Camping World, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated./ppbPay Range:/b/p$19.85-$23.99 HourlypspanspanIn addition to competitive pay, we offer Paid Time Off, 401(k), an Employee Assistance Program, Good Sam Roadside Assistance, discounts, paid parental leave (if eligibility is met), Tuition Reimbursement (if eligibility is met), and on the job training opportunities. /span/spanspanFull-time associates are offered a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision and more!
