You will work in a team or autonomously to complete work orders and provide maintenance support in a high-speed manufacturing environment. We are looking for someone who has a strong working knowledge and background in fluid mechanics (liquids and gases) who can troubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment. With the importance of disassembling and reassembling of valves (including but not limited to Gate, Globe, Ball, Butterfly, Check, Pressure, Double Block and Diaphragm)./span/pp/ppspanbJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:/b /span/pullipspanTroubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment, disassembling and reassembling of flow, pressure, density, temperature meters and transmitters./span/p/lilipspanTroubleshoot and maintain 4-20mAh instrumentation systems, ensuring proper signal transmission and system functionality /span/p/lilipspanPerform calibration, testing, and adjustments on instrumentation to ensure accuracy and reliability in process control systems./span/p/lilipspanTroubleshoot, maintain, and repair equipment, disassembling and reassembling of actuators (including but not limited to pneumatic, hydraulic, electric, spring)./span/p/lilipspanPerform pH testing and calibration to ensure accurate chemical balance in processes./span/p/lilipspanConduct conductivity/pH measurements and calibrations to maintain system efficiency and compliance./span/p/lilipspanMaintain and calibrate turbidity and colorimetric meters for precise process analysis./span/p/lilipspanUnderstand, measure, and calibrate water chemistry analyzers, including chlorine analyzers and Dissolved Oxygen meters./span/p/lilipspanAnalyze and interpret chemical data to make informed decisions on equipment maintenance and process improvements/span/p/lilipspanPerform mechanical work on or around process piping./span/p/lilipspanInterpret schematics and equipment manuals./span/p/lilipspanInterpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently/span/p/lilipspanAdhere to plant safety and sanitation requirements; Complete assigned work efficiently and per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP#39;s)./span/p/lilipspanBe part of an effective work planning process that utilizes work order, planners, and part staging./span/p/lilipspanAssist with process improvement and initiate change./span/p/lilipspanAnalyze knowledge amp; process data and make decisions on equipment maintenance and improvement activities./span/p/li/ulp/ppbspanJOB spanQUALIFICATIONS: /span/span/b/pullipspanHigh School Diploma or GED required./span/p/lilipspan4 years of industrial mechanical experience or two-year technical degree preferred./span/p/lilipspanStrong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment with people of varying skills and backgrounds./span/p/lilipspanKnowledge of safety policies and procedures is a spanplus (e.g. lock/span out / tag out, confined space entry)./span/p/lilipspanMust be able to continuously stand, bend, and twist.
