This role will also work closely with our HR Generalist to help keep HR operations organized and running smoothly. From HR paperwork to calendar management and errands, you’ll play an essential part in supporting both our leadership team and our employees./ppbr//ppstrongHuman Resources Support/strong/pulliProvide administrative support to the HR Generalist on day-to-day HR operations./liliAssist with onboarding, offboarding, employee file maintenance, and HR database updates./liliPost job openings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with candidates./liliPrepare new hire paperwork and help conduct orientations./liliRespond to routine employee questions about HR policies, benefits, PTO, and compliance./liliMaintain confidentiality of all employee and company information./li/ulpstrongPersonal amp; Executive Support/strong/pulliManage calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination for the CEO and COO./liliOrganize travel arrangements, reservations, and itineraries./liliRun local errands and handle personal administrative tasks as needed./liliAssist with planning company meetings, events, and employee activities./liliDraft correspondence and handle communications on behalf of leadership./li/ulpRequirements/ppbr//pulliIdeal for candidates about to graduate or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field./lili3–5 years of administrative, HR support, or personal/executive assistant experience preferred./liliExperience working in a fast paced, small business environment is a plus./liliBilingual in English amp; Spanish strongly preferred./liliProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)./liliExperience working in Paylocity preferred./liliExcellent organization, time management, and multitasking abilities are a must./liliAble to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism./liliPositive, adaptable, and collaborative attitude./liliValid driver’s license and reliable transportation for errands (if needed)./li/ulpCompensation:/pullistrong$23/hour/strong, full-time, non-exempt/liliMonday – Friday with flexibility as needed/liliEligible for paid time off and company benefits/li/ulpstrongAbout Unica Enterprises LLC:/strongbr/Unica Enterprises LLC (Unica) is a trusted 8a, HUB, MBE certified, woman-owned provider of janitorial, facilities maintenance, and logistics services throughout the DFW area as well as the Southwestern U.S..
