This intern will report to the Marketing Cloud Manager as a member of the Customer Engagement team. We are looking for a current student interested in building hands-on experience in email and SMS marketing, specifically working within Salesforce Marketing Cloud while supporting various business units for Pacers Sports Entertainment./p p /p pstrongESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:/strong/p ul liAssist with all business units within Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Indiana Pacers, Indiana Fever, Noblesville Boom, and Gainbridge Fieldhouse./li liAssist with building out email campaigns, analytic reports, and dashboards./li liAssist with Journey Builder creation and Automation Studio./li liAssist with building out the SMS subscriber list and engagement initiatives./li liIdentify cross-channel trends and engagement behavior./li liAssist with projects within the CRM as needed./li liOther duties and projects as assigned./li /ul p /p pstrongREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:/strong/p pTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions./p p /p pstrongEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:/strong/p ul liCurrently a junior, senior, or graduate student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or related major./li liAbility to work and report to the Indianapolis office 3 - 4 days per week./li liBasic understanding of digital marketing efforts./li liBasic knowledge of email, SMS, and push notifications./li liExposure to Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Sales / Service Cloud, Trailhead)./li liOrganized and highly self-motivated./li /ul p /p pstrongLANGUAGE SKILLS:/strong/p pAbility to read, analyze, and interpret instructions and reports. Ability to write reports and correspondence with extremely high accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Ability to communicate and sell ideas to peers and executives.
