pAs a Store Sales Associate Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales to achieve store targets. br /br /Responsibilities: br /Team Leadership: br /- Supervise and motivate a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support. br /- Schedule and assign tasks to team members, ensuring efficient store operations. br /- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback. br /- Assist in training new sales associates and fostering a positive work environment. br /br /Customer Service: br /- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. br /- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, ensuring a personalized shopping experience. br /- Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate when necessary. br /- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed. br /br /Sales and Target Achievement: br /- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and promoting products. br /- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets. br /- Monitor sales trends and identify opportunities for improvement. br /- Collaborate with the store manager to develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction. br /br /Inventory Management: br /- Assist in receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise. br /- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in stock management. br /- Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of products. br /br /Requirements: br /- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management is a plus./p p- Must be at least 18 years old with valid work authorization/p p- Available to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends/p p- The role involves physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 40 lbs., standing for extended periods the entire shift, pushing, pulling, bending, requiring good physical fitness. br /- Proven experience in a retail sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. br /- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team. br /- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. br /- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service. br /- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. br /- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems. /p p /p
