Join our team and see the opportunities are real, and the sky is the limit; this isn't just a job, it's a seat at the table! /span/p pstrongspanWhat we want to do for you:/span/strongspanbr /We offer eligible employees competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package designed to assist employees and their families with their financial security, health, and well-being. /span/p ul lispanHealth, Life, Dental, and Vision Plans /span/li lispanEarn up to 2 weeks paid time off during first year/span/li lispan401k with Company Match/span/li /ul pstrongspanWe need someone who can:/span/strong/p ul lispanHigh school diploma or equivalent are preferred and 2+ Years of related experience/span/li lispanPerform basic math and read and write well/span/li lispanCommunicate well with others verbally/span/li lispanOperate steam and high-pressure hoses/span/li lispanUnderstand and carry out directions and procedures related to cleaning and sanitation/span/li lispanWork in a TEAM environment and take direction from others/span/li lispanWork in hot, cold, wet, dry, and noisy environments/span/li /ul pstrongspanResponsibilities:/span/strong/p ul lispanSafely clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and facility to ensure all soil and contaminates are removed per procedures/span/li lispanOperating COP tank cleaning equipment to clean disassembled equipment/span/li lispanDisassembling and reassembling equipment as directed/span/li lispanFollow sanitation schedules to conduct and document routine cleaning of the facility and production line/span/li lispanUse and document chemical use to stated concentrations and for appropriate applications/span/li lispanVerify and document that correct chemicals and concentrations are used and that cleaning and sanitizing is complete to deliver equipment and infrastructure that is clean and passes all micro indicator test/span/li lispanComply with all safety policies and procedures in accordance with Company, Local, State, and Federal OSHA rules and regulations/span/li lispanComply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for a food plant and all applicable regulatory, customer and company requirements (policies, procedures, regulations)/span/li lispanThe use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required, including but not limited to bump cap, safety glasses/goggles, face shield, face mask, ear plugs, hair and beard nets, gloves and safety shoes or rubber boots/span/li /ul div /div pspanThe employing subsidiaries of Schwan's Company are Equal Employment Opportunity Employers.
