Work where you matter./b/pp style="text-align:inherit"/pbrbA Brief Overview/bbrbrWorks in the various reception areas throughout the Clinic and is responsible for helping the patients to access the Clinic's system for care. brbrbWhat you will dobr/bbrulliWelcomes patients, checking them in and completing registration which includes verifying demographics, insurance and collection of any service payments. /li liResponsible for insurance verifications, authorizations and getting consent and waiver forms signed as appropriate./li liResponsible for scanning all pertinent information into the patient’s record./li liAnswers and addresses calls, messages and/or faxes, routing them to appropriate individuals/departments if needed./li liMaintains computer appointment scheduling and follows office scheduling policies/parameters./li liExpedites delivery of care by coordinating nurse, physician, and patient time. Acts as public relations agent for the physicians by serving the patients in a friendly, efficient manner.
