It is treating the customer right and looking for opportunities to go above and beyond to create special experiences./strong/p h2Position Details/h2 pstrongWhat You’ll Do:/strong/p ul liDevelop an exceptional familiarity with the Duluth brand and comprehensive product knowledge to provide solution-oriented, friendly service to customers. Understand the customer is the center of what we do./li liUnderstand how to layer personalized service into each area of interaction from greeting to fitting room to register./li liEffectively communicate sales and promotions./li liUnderstand the importance of email capture as part of sales and service and executes to standard./li liRespond proactively and be empowered to provide positive resolutions to customer concerns./li liAnswer telephone in a courteous and friendly manner including, but not limited to, giving store greetings, directions to store location, and receiving and filling customer orders./li liAssist in receiving, processing and replenishing merchandise./li liMaintain merchandising, presentation and display standards. Ensure the sales floor is customer ready./li liEnsure company standards for cleanliness for the sales floor, stockroom, restrooms, cash wrap and hospitality area./li liAccurately and efficiently process all register transactions./li liAdhere to all company policies, procedures and practices./li liPerform any other duties as directed by management./li /ul pstrongWhat We’re Looking For:/strong/p ul liHigh school diploma or equivalent./li liRetail experience is preferred but not necessary./li liCustomer Centric./li liTakes pride in a job well done and shows ownership in the store./li liOperates with integrity and trust./li liExcellent communicator and listener./li liCollaborates and functions as part of a team./li liPerforms other duties as directed./li liAuthorized to work in the United States without sponsorship./li /ul pstrongEnvironmental Factors:/strong/p ul liMust be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day./li liFrequent reaching and bending and twisting – below waist and above shoulders./li liFrequently required to use repetitive hand-to-finger motions and reach with hands and arms./li liFrequently lifting up to twenty pounds, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds.
