The Inventory Specialist will collaborate with technicians and other team members to confirm that all parts required for designated projects are properly gathered and accounted for. Additional tasks related to shipping and receiving via various carriers will be part of the daily routine./p pstrongSalary Range /strongbr / $20 per hour/p pstrongHours/strongbr / First shift hours, Monday-Friday/p pstrongResponsibilities /strong/p ul liEnsuring the building is opened on time daily/li liVerifying stock levels and restocking as needed/li liPerform quarterly inventory counts/li liReceive, store, and distribute equipment while maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring the stockroom and WIP cage are organized and easily accessible/li liReceive physical inventory; prepare and allocate inventory parts of designated projects using an established coding system/li liNotify receiving parties regarding job-specific inventory arriving/li liProcess requests to the warehouse that are specific to picking jobs and minor ordering of parts/li liProcess returns, repairs and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) promptly via UPS and FedEx/li liDocument shipments in the project system, including documentation of who was issued the equipment/li liAssist with customizing, retrofitting, and painting parts for distribution/li liReview missed expected date report and submit to Inventory Supervisor/li liAssist technicians, sales representatives, and other staff on job readiness and equipment support/li liPerform routine warehouse maintenance to reduce chances of accidents or malfunctions, including cleaning floors and replacing parts, such as lightbulbs/li /ul pstrongBasic Qualifications/strong/p ul liHigh School Diploma or equivalent/li liProficient knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite/li liHigh attention to detail, problem solving and organizational skills/li /ul pstrongPreferred Qualifications/strong/p ul liExperience with the Dove Net Project software/li liExperience with UPS Worldship/li /ul pstrongWhat awaits you at Intelli-Tec Security:/strong/p ul liBenefits that include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and PTO /li /ul pstrongEmployer�s Disclaimer:/strong/p ul liAll requirements are subject to possible modification to reasonably accommodate individuals with disabilities./li /ul ul liThis job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position.
