h2Our Company/h2 pRehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation/p p/p h2Overview/h2 pstrongMake an Impact in our Home and Community Program: /strong/p pstronguWho we are looking for: /u/strong/p ul liAn experienced PT, enthusiastic about providing functional rehabilitation wherever life happens, whether at home, school, work, or in the community /li liYou are ready to treat your client beyond a staged environment into real life experiences like cooking in their kitchen, navigating grocery stores, restaurants, outdoor activities, and the workplace/li liYou thrive in an autonomous setting, and value being a part of a collaborative team of dynamic therapists/li /ul pstronguWhat you will receive:/u/strong/p ul liFlexible Schedule Created by You/li liPaid per hour (not just per visit)/li liDriving, Travel, Mileage Reimbursement /li liEducational Programs/li liGrowth/Advancement Opportunities/li liW2 Careers vs. 1099/li liSupportive Leadership/li liNo Weekends Required/li /ul p /p h2Responsibilities/h2 p /p pstronguWhat you will do: /u/strongResponsibilities listed include but not limited to:/p ul liPerform evaluations and develop treatment plans/li liRegularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences/li liPerform discharge evaluations, make appropriate recommendations for home and community safety, and provide referral and education resources /li liCommunicate patient’s needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, person receiving services and family members/li liCommunicates with other disciplines to ensure collaboration, coordination of care and enhance patient outcomes/li /ul h2Qualifications/h2 pstronguWhat you will need:/u/strong/p ul liMinimum of bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from a college or university with accredited Physical Therapy program /li liCurrent, unrestricted license as Physical Therapist by state in which practicing/li liCurrent Basic Life Support or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification in accordance state regulations/li liA minimum of one year’s work experience as a physical therapist preferred/li liDemonstrates knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injury /li liCommunicates effectively and professionally in verbal and written interactions /li liAbility to lift 50 pounds/li liMoving, lifting, or transferring of patients which may involve lifting of up to 100 pounds following safety procedures/li liDuties require fine motor skills,visual acuity, and walking/ standing for extended periods/li liAdditional physical requirements include: pushing/pulling, bending/stooping, reaching, kneeling, and positioning frequently at times/li liA health screen or examination may be required prior to assignment and periodically thereafter, depending on the specific location policy, local or state regulations to verify that he/she is physically capable of performing assigned duties with or without reasonable accommodations/li /ul h2About our Line of Business/h2Rehab Without Walls, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, is a revolutionary neurorehabilitation program that moves individuals outside the walls of institutional settings and into their natural home and community environment through a continuum of care.
