The ideal candidate will implement, facilitate, and oversee program activities for Skills Inc., Advanced Manufacturing Leadership Academy (AMLA) onsite at our Auburn Facilities and at Clover Park Technical College (CPTC) Campus. The incumbent will coordinate with external and internal stakeholders to achieve program goals and objectives.nbsp;/ppstrongESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/pulliWork with School District Partners (SDP#39;s) to recruit, screen and qualify students for entry to the Advanced Manufacturing Leadership Academy.nbsp;/liliAssist in tours with SDP#39;s, including administrators, educators, students, parents and other stakeholders.nbsp;/liliAssist with student intakes, including outreach, recruitment, and administrative duties for the AMLA program./liliFacilitate placement and support of students on shop floor or other designated work areas in coordination with Operations leadership and personnel.nbsp;/liliSpend time on the shop floor working with students and mentors. nbsp;/liliAssist in transporting students to Clover Park Technical College.nbsp;/liliAssist in developing curriculum and lesson plans and deliver training and classroom instruction to students./liliWork closely with Operations Management at our facilities to maintain continuity in program service delivery./liliCommunicate and present program information to Skills Inc.
