Perform cash out procedures on register.nbsp;/span/li lispan style="font-weight: 400;"Helps with preparing side dishes and assembling foods.nbsp;/span/li lispan style="font-weight: 400;"Helps wash and sanitize pots and pans.nbsp;/span/li lispan style="font-weight: 400;"Responsible for having money ready for pick up when on register.nbsp;/span/li lispan style="font-weight: 400;"Will be trained and asked to fill in for Kitchen Manager when needed.nbsp;/span/li lispan style="font-weight: 400;"Deposits money into student meal accounts.nbsp;/span/li lispan style="font-weight: 400;"Assists in putting stock away.nbsp;/span/li lispan style="font-weight: 400;"Replenishes foods as needed in cold and /or hot carts.nbsp;/span/li lispan style="font-weight: 400;"Sweeps and mops kitchen floor.nbsp;/span/li lispan style="font-weight: 400;"Readies all condiments. Helps keep them filled, clean and sanitized.nbsp;/span/li lispan style="font-weight: 400;"Assist with recording on daily production sheets.nbsp;/span/li lispan style="font-weight: 400;"Cleans and sanitizes work area.nbsp;/span/li lispan style="font-weight: 400;"Cleans, sanitizes and polishes surfaces on equipment.nbsp;/span/li lispan style="font-weight: 400;"Puts trash out.nbsp;/span/li lispan style="font-weight: 400;"Helps clean and sanitize milk cooler.nbsp;/span/li lispan style="font-weight: 400;"Helps with taking hot and cold temps and recording them.nbsp;/span/li lispan style="font-weight: 400;"Label, date and store leftover food.nbsp;/span/li lispan style="font-weight: 400;"Stainless steel cleaning of freezers, fridge and milk coolers.nbsp;/span/li lispan style="font-weight: 400;"De-lime dishmachine once a month or as needed.nbsp;/span/li lispan style="font-weight: 400;"Maintain confidentiality regarding student accounts.nbsp;/span/li lispan style="font-weight: 400;"Any other duties assigned by manager or Food Service Supervisornbsp;/span/li /ol pstrongNote:nbsp;/strongspan style="font-weight: 400;"Food Service Employee running a register needs to keep all computer register components clean and free of dust.
