This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility./p pbr / strongResponsibilities:/strong/p ul liRetrieve soiled dishes from the tables and bus pans in the dining room/li liSort and rinse dirty dishes, glass, tableware and other cooking utensils and place them in racks to send through dish machine/li liSort and stack clean dishes.
