College degree is preferred./span/li lispan style="font-family:Georgia,serif"Knowledge of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) is preferred./span/li lispan style="font-family:Georgia,serif"Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, spreadsheets, databases, and internet and e communications are highly preferred./span/li lispan style="font-family:Georgia,serif"Knowledge of community social services, business organizations, agencies, and resources in the region is preferred./span/li lispan style="font-family:Georgia,serif"Knowledge of rural and urban populations, particularly of the county assigned is preferred./span/li lispan style="font-family:Georgia,serif"Excellent oral and public speaking, and written communications skills required./span/li lispan style="font-family:Georgia,serif"Working knowledge of management information systems is preferred./span/li /ol
