pWe are looking for a skilled IT technician looking for flexible, part-time to full-time Service Calls We're seeking a reliable strongOnsite Break/Fix Technician/strong to handle approximately strong15-25 service calls per week/strong for PC and laptop repairs at client locations./ppstrongPosition Details:/strong/pullipstrongType:/strong 1099 Contractor/p/lilipstrongHours:/strong Part-Time (approx. 15-25 calls/week, higher volume based on performance amp; skill)/p/lilipstrongLocation:/strong Onsite at various client sites (local travel required)/p/lilipstrongFocus:/strong General PC and laptop break/fix services/p/li/ulpstrongResponsibilities:/strong/pullipRepair warrantied#160;hardware issues on PCs and laptops/p/lilipReplace faulty components (RAM, HDD, SSD, motherboards, etc.)/p/lilipPerform#160;troubleshooting along with tech support when needed/p/lilipProvide professional, on-site customer service/p/lilipClose next business day service calls daily within territory, return any unused parts to Fed-Ex/p/li/ulpstrongRequirements:/strong/pullipExperience with break/fix part replacement for desktops and laptops/p/lilipStrong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills/p/lilipYour own tools and reliable transportation/p/lilipAbility to manage time independently and meet SLAs/p/lilipExcellent communication and customer service skills/p/li/ulpstrongPreferred:/strong/pullipPrior field service experience#160;/p/lilipFamiliarity with closing calls on-site utilizing cell phone-based ticketing systems/p/lilipCertifications (A+, Network+, etc.) a plus but not required/p/li/ulpIf you're looking for consistent part-time work with flexibility and independence, we#8217;d love to hear from you.
