The Milieu Specialist Acuity Support ensures that clients receive professional services effectively and through a trauma-informed lens. This position is responsible for program development and implementation, coordination, and management of service delivery (education, cafe, recreation, therapeutic passes, outings, etc.), and assurance of program quality and compliance with applicable standards and regulatory bodies. The QRTP Milieu Specialist Acuity Support is responsible for providing acuity-based support and carrying forward planning identified in previous shift. This position is a critical crisis de-escalation team member and responder and will provide CPI coaching and mentoring as indicated. The QRTP Milieu Specialist Acuity Support will assist with new hire Mental Health Technician onboarding and coaching for 2nd shift.
