The Waters care model is based on the principles of integrated nursing that provides resident care, assisted with designing and fulfilling care based on an individual's resident assessment, and leads teams of Certified Nursing Assistants in the provision of excellent care./span/p pspan style="font-family:verdana;"The LPN at The Waters engages in hands-on care, develops close relationships with residents and families, and leads by example for our unlicensed caregivers and volunteers.
