They perform various Customer Service activities, to include greeting and acknowledging all customers in a prompt and friendly manner, handling merchandise with care./pp/ppbiuESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:/u/i/b/pulliSupports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers./liliApproaches all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner./liliRemains product knowledgeable./liliRemains aware of advertised sales./liliStocks and straightens shelves and pegs in the immediate area when not directly ringing up product./liliProvides a legendary experience for every customer, every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions by:ulliidentifying and evaluating customers#39; needs,/lilimaking product recommendations based off of this analysis,/lilipromoting programs including, but not limited to CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pick-up./li/ul/liliALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED/li/ulp/ppbiuEXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:/u/i/b/pulliMinimum Degree Required:  High School education or equivalent experience/li/ulp/ppbiuKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY: /u/i/b/pulliAbility to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers/liliAbility to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates/liliAbility to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers/liliAbility to operate computerized Point of Sale register system/li/ulp/ppbiuTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:/u/i/b/pulliN/A/li/ulp/ppbiuPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:/u/i/b/pulliConstantly stand and/or walk during shift/liliOccasionally ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, etc./liliConstantly communicate with others to exchange information/liliConstantly repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers./liliOccasionally work in low or high temperatures/liliOccasionally work in outdoor elements such as precipitation and wind./liliOccasionally work in noisy environments/liliLight work that includes constantly moving and lifting objects up to 20 pounds, occasionally move and lift objects up to 50 pounds or more (utilizing a team lift as needed)/li/ulp/ppbiuINDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT/u/i/b:/pulliPerforms tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation.
