Grow your skills and build your professional network through self-directed progression of our hospitality certification levels and create a customized succession plan to realize your professional goals./pp/ppbuJob Duties and Responsibilities/u/b/pullipOperates as first point of contact for members and guests entering resort/p/lilipExemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships with members and guests, regularly creating extraordinary experiences/p/lilipReceives and facilitates incoming phone calls from members and guests/p/lilipMaintains updated knowledge to appropriately educate all members and guests of club programming, events, pricing, and policies/p/lilipAssists members with account maintenance, processing member needs, changes and transactions including program, service, and product payments /p/lilipServes as point of contact for new member acquisition and member retention interactions/p/lilipEngages in problem solving and service recovery for member questions and concerns, utilizing appropriate tools and resources/p/li/ulp/ppbuPosition Requirements/u/b/pullipHigh School graduate or equivalent/p/lilipspanMinimum of 1 year of customer service experience/span/p/lilipPassion to serve others/p/lilipEffective communication skills/p/li/ulp/ppbuPreferred Requirements/u/b/pp/pullipBachelor’s Degree in Hospitality/p/li/ulp style="text-align:inherit"/ph2uPay/u/h2This is an hourly position with wages starting at $17.25 and pays up to $20.50, based on experience and qualifications.
