Grow with us./p pThe core responsibilities of this role include: troubleshoot, diagnose and repair software and hardware related issues with end-users in the facility./p pPosition: Systems Coordinatorbr /Shift: 2nd Shift - Monday through Friday 3 pm - 11 pmbr /Pay: $21.95/hour + $1/hour shift differential + $1.50/hour site premium/p pIn addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:nbsp;br / Supply Chain, IT, Operating Systems, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Inventory Control, Diagnostics, Computer hardware / software./p pA minimum of (1) one year's experience in the following:/p p-Experience using a commercial WMS (warehouse management system) such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP is highly preferred./p p-Intermediate or higher experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Teams, Outlook)./p p-1-2 years Report Writing experience. br /bull; SQL experience would be required./p p-Experience with JDA, NTV, BLUE YONDER, and SAP is also a PLUS but not required./p p-Experience within a Supply Chain, Logistics, Distribution environment is highly preferred./p p-Hands-on training and experience with technical software/hardware support within a company (preferably warehouse, supply chain, distribution, logistics)./p p-First-line point of contact to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair software and hardware related issues with end-users in the facility./p p-This is NOT a traditional helpdesk or ticket/incident support position./p pbr /Be part of the worldrsquo;s largest logistics company!nbsp;nbsp;DHL Supply Chain hasnbsp;been certified as a Great Place to Workreg; in the US and Canada!
