This dual-role position is responsible for performing light maintenance on rental equipment, preparing machines for customer use, and safely delivering equipment to job sites. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and confident working with machinery and logistics.nbsp;/ppbr//ppnbsp;/ph3strongKey Responsibilities:/strong/h3h4strongMaintenance amp; Equipment Preparation/strong/h4ulliPerform routine light maintenance (e.g., greasing, checking fluids, battery maintenance) on various types of heavy equipment.br/nbsp;/liliUse maintenance checklists to ensure each machine is in safe and optimal working condition before and after rental.br/nbsp;/liliWash and clean machines thoroughly before delivery or storage.br/nbsp;/liliIdentify and report any needed repairs or safety concerns to management.br/nbsp;/li/ulh4strongDelivery amp; Logistics/strong/h4ulliLoad and unload heavy equipment onto the correct trailers with care and precision.br/nbsp;/liliEnsure equipment is properly secured and transported in accordance with DOT and company safety standards.br/nbsp;/liliDeliver and pick up equipment from customer locations and job sites in a timely and professional manner.br/nbsp;/li/ulh4strongCustomer Service amp; Operations/strong/h4ulliInteract professionally with customers during equipment drop-offs and pickups.br/nbsp;/liliAssist customers in understanding basic equipment operation and safety guidelines when needed.br/nbsp;/liliConfidently operate our strongcloud-based point of sale (POS) system/strong to process orders, take payments, and manage rental records.br/nbsp;/liliAccurately complete delivery logs, rental agreements, and maintenance checklists./li/ulpRequirements/ppstrongQualifications:/strong/pulliValid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL a plus but not required).br/nbsp;/liliPrevious experience operating and transporting heavy equipment preferred.br/nbsp;/liliAbility to load/unload and secure various types of heavy equipment on trailers safely.br/nbsp;/liliBasic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with routine maintenance procedures.br/nbsp;/liliComfortable using cloud-based POS systems (training provided if needed).br/nbsp;/liliStrong customer service and communication skills.br/nbsp;/liliAbility to lift 50+ lbs, work in outdoor conditions, and handle physical tasks daily.br/nbsp;/liliMust be reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently./li/ul
