We are currently looking to fill a Floating Multi-Site Maintenance Technician position for our apartment communities located in South Orange County, nbsp;CA including cities: San Clemente, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano, and Rancho Santa Margarita.nbsp;/ppbr//ppThe Maintenance Technician ensures the property community meets safety, appearance and operational standards established by the organization./ppbr//ppEssential Job Functions:/pulliRespond to resident requests for maintenance/liliMaintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the property/liliComplete necessary repairs to building exteriors and common areas as assigned by Supervisor./liliComplete Unit Turns/liliPerform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance installation and repair/liliAdhere to the company’s safety program rules, attend safety meetings and performs all duties in a safe manner./li/ulpbr//ppRequirements/pulli1+ years of hands on general maintenance experience/liliAvailable to work a flexible schedule (Weekends, OT, On-Call)/liliReliable transportation/liliValid driver’s license and vehicle registration/insurance required./liliRequired to work on-call duty, weekends and may be required to live on-site./liliRequired to speak and write the English language in an understandable manner./li/ulpPreferred Experience:/pulliTrade School or Maintenance Training Program Preferred/liliHVAC experience preferred but not required/liliCPO preferred but not required/li/ulpSend your resume to Careers@lyonliving.com/ppbr//ppLyon Living is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
